Use the form below to send a basic appointment request through WhatsApp. You may also call reception directly on 9005172912. Please wait for an explicit reply confirming the doctor, date and time. Sending a form does not reserve a consultation slot.
Prepare for your consultation
When contacting the hospital, mention the speciality you wish to enquire about and the date you hope to visit. If you are following up after an earlier consultation, bring relevant prescriptions and medical reports. Do not send medical records through a public form or an unfamiliar number.
Changing your visit date
If you cannot attend, call the same hospital number and ask about rescheduling. Doctor schedules, waiting times and departmental hours can change, so checking shortly before travel can save an unnecessary trip.
Choose a preferred department and send the request through WhatsApp. The hospital team will confirm actual doctor availability and consultation timings.
